Our purpose is simple: to create a pathway to homeownership for middle-class.
Our process is straightforward: flip houses, vet qualifying families, and use a significant portion of their rent to grow a down payment for a home they can afford.
Our proposition is significant: the housing crisis is an affordability issue that we can do something about. Institutional buyers force more people into renting, and rent rates are rising along with interest rates and home values. We need financial donors and corporate partners who can help to match the increasing demand for our program.
Our Founder
GiveAFlip.com was founded by Kris Hassanpour as a way of bringing Real Estate professionals together (agents, investors, flippers, contractors, neighbors) to solve a growing housing crisis for middle class families. We work with people who care, people who give a flip, to give qualifying families the opportunity to build wealth through home ownership.
