We're giving our flips a purpose! You can help give a flip, too! Each house we flip can be used countless times to put families on the path to homeownership.
Apply
The application process is short, but the waiting list is long! Don't let that stop you from filling out an application, though. We're working on a crowdfunding option for our recipients that would allow you to get started sooner by setting up an account where friends and family can donate on your behalf. Contact us for ways you can begin working with us - and to get onto the waiting list.

Side Note: we are looking for donors who can help to meet the growing demand for our program. If you know someone who can give, we'll earmark their donation toward your account! Tell them about Give A Flip, and have them reach out to us, too!

Volunteer
While we pay Real Estate professionals and contractors to ensure each project meets safety and state guidelines, most of our project workforce is comprised of volunteers. If you have a few free hours that you can dedicate to others, or a skill that can be shared, we will be happy to channel it in the right direction.
