Each donation goes to purchasing and flipping a home that can be used for our program. And, each home can be used countless times to put families onto a path to homeownership. Their rent goes into savings and gets applied as a down-payment toward the purchase of a home once they reach their goal within the program.

It's getting harder to buy a house. Inventories are shrinking in major markets, and the cost of housing is rising along with interest rates. With home ownership as the #1 factor in generational wealth for families, the gap between the wealthy and the poor is growing - unless we come together to do something about it. That's why Give A Flip exists.
Our mission is to purchase distressed properties, work with Real Estate professionals and volunteers to flip the properties, and provide ethical equity-building financing for qualified families enabling them to fulfill the American dream.
